Recent super-slim photos of the singer suggest pre-wedding stress might be a problem.

Leann Rimes was looking super-slim when she stepped out with fiancé, Eddie Cibrian in Calabasas, California on March 11 ... some would say too slim. A pair of denim cut-offs and a loose-fitting tee revealed a skin-and-bones figure for the singer, a far cry from her formerly-fit physique.
