Did Britney Send 'Filthy' Pictures Of Herself To Her Bodygaurd?
By Laura Palmer. Posted on .
Britney Spears' former bodyguard is claiming the popstress sent him explicit images from her cell phone, which he alleges she used in attempt to seduce him. Now he plans to use the photos as evidence to validate his sexual harassment charge against the singer, which he filed last year. Did Britney Spears Sexually Harass Her Bodyguard?
Fernando Flores worked for Spears from February until July, 2010. The following September he sued her for "repeated unwanted sexual advances" and harassment, alleging the singer intentionally inflicted emotional distress on him. The lawsuit claimed that Spears exposed herself to Flores and summoned him to her bedroom while she was naked.
Of course, that kind of testimony inevitably boils down to her word against his. But now, Flores claims to have hard evidence that would incriminate Britney, and prove his allegations against her true. (Although, the fact that he waited seven months after he originally filed the lawsuit to come forward with this evidence—evidence that would, if authentic, win his case—makes it all seem a little fishy.)
Flores, a 29-year-old ex-cop, alleges Britney used the photos to entice him into her bed. A friend of Flores, who claims to have seen the pictures, told The Sun:
"They are really explicit images that will shock and disgust the majority of her fans. Fernando says he can prove the photos were taken on Britney's phone and sent to his mobile. He says she sent them last April when she was coming on to him on a daily basis. He left the following month. Some of the pictures show Britney with the camera between her legs. Others show her in provocative positions wearing lingerie. There are a few where she is naked, exposing herself in a way that she clearly hoped would make him aroused."
Britney, also 29, denies the claims. Her lawyers want a private case for this particular suit, absent from the glaring eye of the media that has so scrutinized Spears in the past, stating "there is a real possibility that Ms. Spears will be exposed to danger by the release of confidential and personal information". Spears herself still seems to be doing quite fine. The second single from her seventh album Femme Fatale was released on Friday, and the album will drop later this month. The album's first single, "Hold It Against Me," debuted at number-one on the Billboard Hot 100.
