On The Rocks? A Separate Christmas For Katy Perry & Russell Brand

When Katy Perry, 27, first met Russell Brand, 36, in 2009, she hit him with a bottle. On New Year's Eve 2010, he proposed to her on the back of an elephant in India while fireworks were going off. According to Us Weekly, Perry and Brand had a huge fight right before Christmas. We get it, it's stressful trying to shop and figure out what ridiculous gifts to get the people you love. The mag says Perry had planned to take her family to Brand's London hometown, but whisked off to Hawaii with friends instead at the last minute.
"They had a massive fight," the mag's insider says. "She was like, 'F--k you. I'm going to do my own thing.' Russell replied, 'Fine, F--k you too.'" So while Perry was photographed sans ring splashing around in the waters off of Kauai, her husband was enjoying a pint or two with a mate at a pub in Cornwall.

A source mentions to Us, "They haven't split up just yet, but things are not good. The fighting is getting worse." Others claim they've been fighting over their differing religious beliefs, since Perry's family is very Christian.
For their sake, we hope these two work things out!
