Is Prince William Planning To Give Kate A Puppy For Christmas?

The royal family seems very conscious of the troubled economy this season, and instead of going skiing during their first holiday season as man and wife, Prince William and Duchess Kate are planning a low-key Christmas at the Queen's estate in Northern England.
In keeping with tradition, the royals will exchange gifts on Christmas Eve, and according to US Weekly, the 29-year-old prince's gift to Kate might not fit in a box!

In the days leading up to Christmas, the couple was seen visiting a charitable cause close to Prince William's heart, an organization called Centrepoint that provides housing for homeless and unemployed youth in London. The royal newlyweds joined a cooking class and watched a talent show at the charity that Princess Diana first introduced Prince William to as a child. The prince even joined in an impromptu dance with one of the residents (see the hilarious expression on the prince's face over on People).
It sounds like the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are keeping the spirit of the season in mind!
