Kardashians: Kourtney's Pregnant & Kris Wants Marriage Erased

If there's ONE thing you can be sure of, it's that the Kardashians know how to make headlines! And it's been an especially busy couple of days for the family.

Just this morning, they've managed to take over most of the talk, starting with Kourtney, 32, announcing that she has a second baby on the way with boyfriend, Scott Disick, 28. "It wasn't like we weren't trying," Scott tells UsWeekly (via TooFab) of him and Kourtney, who's nine weeks along. "We kind of just said, 'If it's meant to be, it'll be.'"

Also this morning, we learned that Kris Humphries has decided he wants a legal separation and not a divorce from Kim Kardashian. His ultimate intention is to annul the marriage and wipe the slate clean as if he were never married to her, according to sources cited by People. Kris's news comes on the heels of the Kardashian sisters gracing the cover of Glamour, where, according to E!, Kim talks about her hopeful view about love, although adding a bit of reality to it:

"I hope I do," she was quoted as saying. "But by then I hope maybe I'm a little bit more realistic... (about) the fact that what I want isn't possible."
