Men, if you want this to work for you, you are the ones who are going to have to create the environment in which your partner is able to feel loved, valued, appreciated, etc.. I can’t do it for you from here, especially since it’s not me with whom your partner is in a relationship. IT IS YOU.
That said, let’s get to talking about breasts and the massaging thereof. Firstly, breasts are not JUST bouncy, jiggly lumps of soft tissue with very sensitive pointy bits on the front that sit on a woman’s chest and tease men. They are, as mentioned above, rather complex organs with a good blood supply and LOTS of nerves and nerve endings, especially in and around the nipples. They are rather sensitive to temperature changes as most women can testify during cold weather. There is a certain amount of evidence that they are also sensitive to the temperature changes caused by wearing a bra with some suspicion that bra-wearing can actually be a contributing factor in breast cancer.

The nipples of the breast have what is called erectile tissue in them. This is the same sort of tissue that gives the male penis its ability to rise to the occasion – sometimes. This erectile tissue becomes engorged with blood during arousal or sometimes in cold weather and the nipple grows larger and firmer, and often rather more sensitive too.
As also mentioned above, the breasts have ligaments named Cooper’s ligaments interwoven into their structure. As I understand it, these ligaments are attached to the chest at both sides of the breast, to the sternum in the middle and to the ribs under the arms. The ligaments themselves have little ‘tentacles’ interwoven into the rest of the breast tissues and even attaching to the skin covering the breast. It is these ‘tentacles’ that support the breast and largely give it its shape while still allowing it to be soft, bouncy, jiggly, and EMINENTLY massage-able. A BIG plus is that these ligaments also benefit from massage due to the increased blood flow that usually results from a good massage.
There are three main benefits to be gained from breast massage, relaxation, pleasure and improved circulation. In the right situation, with the right masseur/masseuse, all three benefits are usually experienced and indeed, it can be pretty much impossible to have any one or two without having all three.
To do a breast massage and achieve its fullest potential, it helps to set the mood and environment-slash-location, although a totally spontaneous breast massage can be a wonderful experience too, even through clothing although preferably without a bra. Soft lights and music, maybe some incense or fragrant oil burning, any and all the massage oils, etc., that you might want to use close at hand, a warm but not hot room. Somewhere around 75 - 80 degrees F., below body temperature and feeling slightly cool but not cold is usually good. It will usually begin to feel somewhat warmer, especially for the recipient, as the massage progresses.) Also include whatever else turns both of you on, especially the recipient.

If the massage is to be ‘breasts only’, so be it, but I would ask, why limit the pleasure potential of the occasion?
