Ladies, the Media is Doing You Wrong

The only time I watch TV is when I'm in the living room when my roommate decides to be a couch potato. Soccer, football, baseball, etc etc--the media seems totally atuned to the male demographic.

Is that a problem? I hear a loud "hell naw" from the guys. That's easy to sit back and agree with, especially if you're a guy. But it's hard to discredit the increasing power of media on our way of thinking. Cite interesting statistics here. My point is, people spend a lot of time in front of glowing rectangles, and at the end of the day it does affect our brains. Look, you don't have to be a statistician to understand how media affects us--all you need is a roommate. 

So I would say, yes it is a problem--and it affects men and women. Guys, nobody is showing you what a real woman is / does. So when a real woman comes along, you are sure to miss out bro. Ladies, the media is doing you wrong. You don't need all that makeup to be sexy--just be you!
