Cheating With Her Ex

"My boyfriend is insanely jealous of my ex because I lost my virginity to
him. Also, in the past, I have broken up with my current boyfriend to
get back with my ex. My current boyfriend and I have (great) sex
regularly, and we have been in the best relationship I've ever had. I
was telling my boyfriend that I may hang out with my ex and my boyfriend
wasn't happy. I went to a party recently (got trashed) and f**ked my
ex, because I hadn't seen him in a while and it felt (somewhat) right.
My boyfriend has no idea I went to the party or even saw my ex, and I
want to tell him so bad, but I'm terrified.
