feeling bad about themselves.

your anger, the triggers of your anger and more.
Typically, those who struggle with anger issues, are not a bad people! Instead, they most likely lacking healthy coping styles and less self destructive ways in which they express their anger. This can be changed in one-on-one sessions or in a group.
