Like Mischa Barton, Kate Hudson is also moving to London to be with her guy–rocker, Matt Bellamy.
Although Kate Hudson's only been dating British musician, Matt Bellamy for four months, sources say the 31-year-old actress is ready to leave Los Angeles and move to London to be with her new man. How To Date A Rock Star
"Kate's been swept of her feet. She's not only fallen in love with Matt, but also the idea of starting a new life in Europe," a friend of the actress tells Look magazine.
Perhaps after a series of failed relationships with a flock of stars, including Owen Wilson, A-Rod, Dax Shepard and Lance Armstrong, which followed her 2006 divorce from Black Crowes singer, Chris Robinson, Hudson's hoping a fresh start across the ocean will give her latest relationship a happier ending. According to the friend, Kate is completely smitten with the 32-year-old Muse frontman, and now she's also in love with his hometown too.
"Matt's introduced Kate to a world she never knew. He's shown her around the English countryside, taken her to Devon and Cambridge, where he grew up, and Ireland, where his mother was born. She's found a man she truly believes she can settle down with. She's truly excited about starting her new life."
And we can't exactly blame her. Apparently, the Almost Famous star hopes to land a role in London's West End theatre, and when she's not onstage, she will be relaxing in beautiful Lake Como, Italy with her beau and friends like George Clooney and his Italian girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis. OK, we'd be packing our bags too if George Clooney and an Italian villa were waiting for us. But we wonder how Hudson's mother, Goldie Hawn, feels about her daughter's move. While the actress isn't giving up her movie career and will keep her L.A. home, she may be spending her holidays skiing in the Swiss Alps instead of in Aspen with mom and stepdad, Kurt Russell. Still, we assume that Kate plans to take her six-year-old son, Ryder with her when she moves, which means she'll be spending plenty of time in the states, so he can see his dad, Chris Robinson. So maybe her family doesn't need to worry just yet. Plus, given the star's dating history, it may not be long before she's single again and back in L.A. for good.
