Jennifer Aniston's Scary Stalker Is Arrested

Although Jennifer Aniston once told Oprah that she thought it was "really nice" to have so many fans that care, she probably won't be sending any signed autographs to 24-year-old Jason Peyton, the mentally ill man that is alleged to be her stalker.

According to TMZ, Aniston recently filed a restraining order against Peyton, after he was arrested on July 15 for allegedly "prowling around a place she frequents" with a sharp object, duct tape, a bag, and a written message about Aniston.

Peyton supposedly spent 8 days looking for Aniston before he was arrested, and cops found that he had carved "I love Jennifer Aniston" into the paint of his car, both on the front hood and side door. 7 Celebrities Stalked For Love

According to court documents: "Peyton is an obsessed, mentally ill and delusional stalker - with a history of violence and criminal stalking - who drove cross-country in his delusional 'mission' to locate and marry Aniston, with whom he believes he is in a relationship."

Cops were tipped off about Peyton, after he left a note for his dad, saying that he was going to California, which his dad understood meant that he would be looking for Aniston while he was there.

Peyton, who has been institutionalized before, is currently being held by authorities and has been placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold.
