Kelsey Grammer is going to pay for his decision to marry third wife Camille without a prenup.
It's hard to believe that a celebrity who's been married more than once wouldn't know the importance of a prenup and would walk down the aisle again without one, but that's exactly the case for former Frasier star Kelsey Grammer who is currently divorcing his third wife Camille Donatacci.
Kelsey and Camille married in 1997, 4 years into Kelsey's run on Frasier, the show that made him the highest paid actor on TV during that time, earning $1.6 million an episode. Kelsey Grammer Announces Divorce On Twitter
Even in the court sides with Kelsey and discounts those first 4 years of income as separate property, Camille still stands to split the other 7 years, not to mention all of the syndication money as well as Kelsey's earnings as the producer behind Patricia Aquette's show, Medium. According to Celebitchy.com, that could net Camille as much as $50 million in cash!
Of course, Kelsey is hoping that he won't have to pay Camille nearly so much and has already claimed "sole financial interest" in all of the Frasier money as well as requested that Camille be denied any spousal support. The couple has two children together, ages 8 and 5, and Camille has requested primary custody of them, which, at the very least, would require Kelsey to pay out child support to her.
Yikes. It looks like this divorce is going to get messy, and with Camille set to appear on Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we wonder if we will get to hear her side of the story, first-hand.
