Although the premiere of Twilight: Eclipse is still weeks away, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are doing their best to entertain the masses by vaguely talking about their love lives in the meantime.
According to Limelife.com, RPatz and KStew looked "lovey-dovey" at the recent Eclipse convention (and, gag us, they even named each other's most recent, non-Twilight films, The Runaways and Remember Me, as their favorite movies of all time.) However, in an interview with NBC reporter Jenna Bush Hager, Robert also mentioned that he would like to go on a date, leading some to speculate that he's either broken-up with Kristen in the past few days or else, he and Kristen don't seem to get out that often.
"I’m just saying. I’m just putting that out there," said Robert. "Because I never go on dates anymore." Robert Pattinson Fed Up With American Women
The 24-year-old Brit also stated that he doesn't like the idea of "settling down" i.e. monogamy. (Perhaps those Leighton Meester hook-up rumors were true?)
"I don’t think settling down should be the same thing as getting married," he said, reports Celebitchy.com. "I mean, I guess settling down just means not sleeping with everybody. I don’t like the idea of having to settle, though."
Meanwhile, notoriously press-hating Kristen Stewart is in no hurry to settle down either, although she did leave the marriage door open for the future, in case she is somehow able to rope Robert into a wedding (or, perhaps, if gay marriage becomes legalized nationwide?) Is Kristen Stewart A Lesbian?
"I'm not ready to get married, but I have a really great family and I'd like that too someday, sure. I believe in marriage. Whatever you want to do, you know?"
So, to conclude, Robert and Kristen are probably still dating (and, by dating, we mean having long Skype chats in the security of their own homes) and have no interest in getting married or having babies right now, despite what the tabloids desperately want you to believe.
Oh, and Twilight: Eclipse hits movie theaters on June 30, but, if you're reading this article, we're guessing that you probably already knew that. Just save us a seat, OK?
