Earth to Jesse James. Sandra Bullock has moved on, dude. Selling your California house and following her to Austin, Texas probably won’t win her back.

According to People, the self-proclaimed "world’s most hated man" has sold the two-story beachfront home that he and Sandra shared during their 5-year marriage and is moving to the college town, where he has already made an offer on another house. So is this just a desperate attempt to woo Sandra back or does he genuinely think that starting over in the same town as his celebrity ex is a good idea? "Jesse’s mind-set is the same as just after the split, and he feels that as time goes by, his and Sandra's relationship has still not reached the final chapter," said an inside source to People. "He is not giving up hope that Sandra will come back to her family."

Both have been recently spotted separately in Austin: James was seen with his daughter visiting his custom-car shop, while Sandra was out and about with her newly adopted son Louis, doing some shopping and checking on her downtown restaurant, Bess Bistro.

Perhaps, Jesse is hoping a random run-in with Sandra at the local coffee shop will win her back.
