Jenna Jameson: Victim Of Abuse Or Addiction?

Jenna Jameson's live-in boyfriend Tito Ortiz was arrested Monday morning on domestic violence charges, after officers responded to a 911 call by the former porn star's father. After the arrest, Jenna's dad told TMZ that his daughter's arm was injured and that the "violence came out of nowhere," but refused to comment further on the incident. On Monday afternoon, Tito posted $25,000 bail and was released from jail. Later that same evening, Tito and his lawyer Chip Matthews held a press conference to announce that Tito is not guilty of the abuse allegations, and leveled an allegation of their own—that Jenna is hooked on Oxycontin. Mr. Matthews insisted that "Tito never touched Jenna," instead claiming that a drug-addled Jenna fell while arguing with Tito about her addiction. While Tito stood by red-faced and weepy, his lawyer painted Jenna as a suicidal woman who's been secretly hooked on painkillers for over a year.

In response, Jenna told TMZ her version of the events: "I said something very hurtful to his ego...he threw me into the bathtub and tore two ligaments in my shoulder." We're not quite sure who to believe, but here's a red flag: instead of hunkering down with her kids, Jenna instead took off for Vegas late Monday night with some friends, while her dad watched the couple's twins. So, she just got assaulted and she's going dump her kids off and go party? Doesn't sound quite right.
