Lisa Steadman teaches us how to embrace change in order to find love.
That being said, you shouldn't be too hard on yourself if you've been unlucky in love, and you shouldn't look at your past relationships as mistakes. Rather, you should learn lessons from the things that didn't work, while still acknowledging that there was some good there. And don't compare yourself to others who are happily dating or happily married. "When we embrace that everyone's life path is different," says Steadman, "we stop judging ourselves." And when you feel good about yourself, your energy shifts, and your life changes for the better.
