Black Women Dating White Men: Where Is Prince Charming?

I hear so many black women complaining that they can't find a good black man and I also hear black men saying that they can't find a decent black women. For the purposes of this article, I'd like to address this so-called shortage of good black men.
I hate to say it, but it's true and you brothers can get pissed off and jump up and down all you want to. A fact is a fact. According to most census reports; for each 100 single, black women there are 70 single black men out there who are available. Available for what? And where?

If this is true, then why are so many black woman alone and having such a hard time finding a man and why are so many dating white men and other races?
