Is Courtney Love Really Dating Andre Balazs?

Hotelier Andre Balazs has also called Uma Thurman, Renee Zellweger and Naomi Campbell "girlfriend."

Hotelier Andre Balazs (of the Chateau Marmont and Mercer Hotel fame) has a notable list of girlfriends past: Uma Thurman, Renee Zellweger and Naomi Campbell, to name a few.

Or at least that's what Courtney Love is claiming to friends in a private e-mail exchange that somehow made its way to the U.K.'s Daily Mail.

"I'm in lurve. It's nice. Scary," she said, adding: "I'm a great catch and he can be a bad boy but he loves me. He is the sweetest thing and he actually totally does respect me. His manners are impeccable but he is funny too. He has properties everywhere and has given me the key to his apartment, but what is better than living in his hotel?"

Hmmm. Ok.

While it is true that the possibly-, no, likely-insane rock star has been living in his hotels on and off for the past few years, and while it is true that Mr. Balazs has a thing for leggy blondes, this pairing just seems unreal.

Is somebody playing an early April Fools joke, or has Ms. Love officially lost all control of herself?
