What's Next In Jesse James's Custody Battle?

Before Jesse James poured gasoline all over his marriage and then set a match to it, he and Sandra Bullock were involved in a years-long custody battle with Jesse's ex-wife Janine Lindemulder over six-year-old Sunny. Sunny has been living with Sandra and Jesse since January of last year, when her mother went to jail for tax evasion. Now that Jesse has been revealed to have pretty bad judgment himself, what will this do to his custody battle with Janine? Sandra Bullock Shocked She Married Jesse James
In January, Jesse and Sandra got good news from an Orange County judge, who ruled that Janine was not entitled to visitation with Sunny because of her erratic behavior and bad judgment about appropriate topics of conversation and role models for a six-year-old. Jesse told the judge that Janine had "no filter" when talking in front of Sunny; he'd previously asked the judge to keep Sunny out of Janine's custody because she exposed the child to "pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments."
Sunny has been living with her father full-time for the past year, with another hearing in the custody case scheduled for June 14. So, um, that's really poor timing on Jesse's part. It will probably not help his case to have this revolting Michelle "Bombshell" McGee person prancing around the tabloids with her Nazi fetish photos while he's arguing that he's a more fit parent than Janine, and while one of the other great sources of stability in Sunny’s life, Sandra, is nowhere to be seen. TMZ is reporting that Janine has filed papers for sole custody in the case, now that she thinks Sandra will divorce Jesse. Good grief. But Who Gets the Dog?
Oh, and there's more. Jesse's erstwhile paramour, Michelle McGee, is also embroiled in a custody battle with her ex-husband, Ronald Shane Modica, over their five-year-old son. Modica filed papers Friday alleging that Michelle exposed their son, Avery, to pornography, and that the tabloid circus she's stirred up will scare him. Hell, it scares us, and we are mean old celebrity writers.
