my husband said he filed for divorce 3 weeks ago in Portland , OR . That I would be served the paperwork shortly. I have asked him numerous times, What is the name and phone number of the lawyer. He just says its his business, hes filed the paperwork. And its up to the court now. If, he really did file wouldnt he give me the information? If, not I am thinking he is just saying this to get me off his back. Otherwise, I would have to file myself under a payment plan to pay for this. We've been married 23 yrs hes an alcoholic and been abusive with comments and hitting over the yrs. NO Kids! Just got tired of all the bullshit and much happier and everyone I know comments on this!
