Couples and family therapist Esther Perel, author of Mating in Captivity, offers her advice on waning sex lives. Having sex less frequently doesn’t have to mean a decrease in passion. “Passion ebbs and flows,” Perel explains. There is a difference between frequency in sex and intensity of sex – do you have anything to worry about?
