Seth Green Gets Engaged

Despite roles in films like Party Monster and Without a Paddle (::shakes head::), and an ongoing role as the voice of Chris Griffin on Family Guy, we'll always think of Seth Green fondly as the slightly doofus-y childhood-friend-turned-lover in Can't Hardly Wait. So when we heard the announcement of Green's engagement to model/actress Clare Grant, it made us want to pinch his cheeks and ruffle his hair and make a genuinely earnest toast to his future happiness.

Green and Grant initially met at a comic book shop (so adorable!), and word has it that Green finally popped the question way back on New Year's Eve. Their wedding is reportedly slated for sometime in May. We couldn't be more thrilled.

By the by, we've wondered in the past if height is a major deal breaker for women. Love expert Matt Titus once quipped, "everyone's the same size horizontally." Teehee. Seriously, though. Short guy Seth Green's success in love (with a model/actress no less) is a clear sign that there's a statuesque beauty for every height-challenged male. And when it comes to judgy mean girls, one is better off without 'em anyway!

We hope that Green and Grant end up in it for the long haul. Of course, we still await our Save the Date fridge magnets.
