Lady Gaga Is Ready To Procreate

As far as this Celeb Lover is concerned, Lady Gaga can do no wrong.

"Poker Face" regularly enslaves me with its catchy dance beat, transforming every drive into an on-the-go, car-dancing version of The Red Shoes. "Bad Romance" has a similar effect, making me helpless to do anything but bop along, probably causing onlookers to consider the possibility that I might be having a seizure. And her outfits...well, I lack the confidence to pull off anything but neutrals, so I totally admire her courage and daring.

Her latest announcement, however, has thrown all of us here for a loop. "I want to have a husband who loves and supports me, just the way anyone else does," she said. "I am a very sentimental person and family is important to me."

Really? We'd never considered her to be the husband-kids-white-picket-fence sorta girl. Rather, she's always been known for her splashy, over-the-top theatricality. But could going against her public persona—and going traditional—be the most daring move of all?

Truth be told, we're sort of psyched at the possibility of seeing a bunch of mini-Gagas running around someday. Will she give them quirky names like Rainbow Star and Doodad? Will she dress them in jumpers made of bubble wrap and glitter? Will she start a Partridge Family-type family band? (Yes please!)

All of this is moot, of course, without first considering who the paternal unit might be. ShowbizSpy writes that, during the course of her latest Fame Monster tour, she's grown increasingly close to her style collaborator, Matthew Williams. "Matthew and Gaga have been dating for months," a source said. "They were together on and off for more than a year, but called it off when mixing work and love became too difficult." After unsuccessfully trying the love thing with other people, however, it seems they're back on.

Please, you two. Bring us the Gaga offspring we're dreaming of.
