Many women find motivation after the loss of their mate difficult. A recent client of mine had stopped her business when her husband passed away ten years ago. She was never able to motivate herself to start it up again. She contracted me as her personal coach and in just four coaching sessions we have begun to turn her life around! We have worked on time management and personal leadership skills and set some achievable goal at each session. She says she finds having a coach holding her accountable has made all the difference. She wants to have the goals we discussed in progress, if not completed by out next session. She has found a new zest for life and is extremely happy she decided to try coaching to get her out of her rut.
