6 Things You Don't Know About Charlie Sheen

4. Brooke is jealous of Denise's kids
According to E! Online, the Christmas argument was spurred by a song. Supposedly, Charlie and his daughter Sam, his elder child with Denise, have a special song about a Christmas present, and Brooke, mother of Charlie's nine-month-old twin sons, was wildly jealous of his relationship with his daughter. "Charlie says she is really jealous of his daughters, especially after he and Denise finally started getting along," a source told E! Online. "Obviously the fight wasn't just about the song. Nothing excuses what Charlie may have done, but there's more there."
5. Authorities may take the kids away
The Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services is investigating Charlie and Brooke, as is customary after a domestic dispute happens when there are children in the home. According to a HollywoodLife.com source, two social workers have been assigned to the case, which is being handled by the "Case Sensitive Unit," and because both Charlie and Brooke reportedly have a history of problems with drugs and alcohol, they may be drug tested up to three to five times a week. "Most likely a third party will move in with the family," the source told the website. "It could be a grandmother, mother, sister, anyone with a clean record that is cleared by the court." Twins Bob and Max were born in March, and if the department finds that Charlie and Brooke are unfit parents, they could be temporarily placed with another guardian. 6. He's facing 8 years in prison
If convicted of felony assault, Charlie could serve up to eight years in prison, according to Radar's source, a Colorado defense attorney who is not connected to this case. "He's looking at two to eight years in prison if he's charged with the class 4 felony of second degree assault, and because it's a crime of violence he'll be required to serve at least the midpoint of that, being five years, as well as three years of mandatory parole," attorney Lauren Maytin told Radar. His case is scheduled to go before a judge in February. Men Don't Hit Their Wives By Accident—They Plan It
Frankly, we'd like to see Charlie Sheen locked up. The highest-paid actor on television is an abusive, boorish misogynist with a history of violence against women, especially women he's in relationships with. He's a menace who's gotten more than his fair share of second chances because of his famous name and forgiving friends. And he has four kids under the age of six who deserve to be protected from their violent, erratic father who has more than once threatened to kill their mothers. Isn't that enough?
