Pregnant Tila Tequila Interferes in Custody Battle

Tila Tequila ew
Tila's having her brother's baby and helping Casey get her daughter back. Maybe?

Tila Tequila announced via Twitter Sunday that she's pregnant, acting as a surrogate mother for her brother and his wife. Now she's saying that she's planning to help her fiancée, crazy heiress Casey Johnson, regain custody of her adopted three-year-old daughter, Ava. Because those two should be anywhere near a child, yeah.

Casey adopted Ava from Kazakhstan in 2007, but her mother, Sale Johnson, took custody of the girl earlier this year because she was concerned the child was being neglected. We're unsure if she took legal steps to get custody or just physically picked up the kid and took her out of Casey's LA house, but if Page Six's sources are correct, sounds like that was the best thing for Ava.

Casey's home "was like Grey Gardens," according to the source. "There are dirty dishes everywhere and rotting food. There is graffiti on the walls. The pool looks like a swamp. She can't pay her bills, so the electricity was cut off. She can't put gas in her car. She's been keeping her Porsche in the garage because she's afraid it will be repossessed."

Tila announced the couple's engagement earlier this month with an online video in which she waved her engagement rock around and blathered about Casey trying to regain custody of Ava. "Look at this ring," Tila said on the video. "It's 18-carat because my baby is ballin'. We are going to make love tonight for our honeymoon... She adopted a baby, Ava, and I love children. We already have a family. We are going to buy a house together and, once we get situated, throw an engagement party."

…Wow. We are pretty sure neither Tila Tequila nor Casey Johnson should be anywhere near other people, much less minors, fetuses, or clergy, until both are detoxed and showered with various pesticides and antibiotics. Ew.
