Epic Fail

Around the holidays, everyone starts coupling up. My friends are doing it, my coworkers are doing it, strangers everywhere are finding people to share their special holiday moments with. But me? Not so much. Too shy and self-conscious to really "put myself out there", I find myself alone, and single for the holidays; again. But what's to do for it? I can get all dressed up, do my hair and makeup up all nice, but for what? Nobody is looking at my average outside, and I'm too shy to show my (let's face it, average) inside. *sigh* seems like another fail on my part. I'm ready to find love (or settle for something like it) but love doesn't seem to want to find me.
