The muscle man opens up about the drugs, the alcohol, and the gun in his revealing new book.

The Hulk is known for many things: shredded clothing, bandanas, a handlebar 'stache, a deep, dark tan. But what's even deeper and darker than the Hulk's glow is his new book, My Life Outside the Ring. People.com reports that Hogan sank to the point of suicidal thoughts, even putting a gun to his mouth, in the midst of his divorce to Linda Bollea. Hulk Hogan To Be Divorced

Apparently, he describes the Xanax, alcohol, and handgun in great detail, explaining that a return to his faith saved him.

The book, which hits shelves Tuesday, chronicles not only the rocky split from Linda (the two settled last year after a very rocky and public divorce proceeding), but the little-known details of steroid use in the '80s, cocaine in the '70s, and details on his affair with his daughter's friend, Christiane Plante.
