But the bigger shocker is that sources spotted a "baby bump" during Hudson's outing. One witness claims Kate was looking "a teensy bit plump," and the fact that the pair were out looking for digs together certainly suggests the possibility of a family on the way.
However, Kate's rep Brad Cafarelli is denying the rumors, saying no way is Kate pregnant. Some sites suggest that teensy-bit of plumpness may be due to noshing a little too much ballpark fare, but all we've seen her munching at the ballpark is A-Rod's face. (Seriously, the PDAs have gone over-the-top.) If indeed Kate Hudson is pregnant, chances are decent she'd pop out with a little sis for Ryder. A-Rod is a girl-producer with two daughters—4-year-old Natasha and 1-year-old Ella—with Cynthia Scurtis, whom he divorced in 2008. (We hope Kate likes "Alexander" as a little girl's name: that's the middle name Alex and Cynthia gave both their daughters. Not too conceited, eh Alex?)
Meanwhile it came out this morning that Kate's brother Oliver Hudson is expecting his second baby with wife, actress Erinn Bartlett. They have a two-year-old son Wilder and are expecting the second baby in late winter or early spring.
Looks like Goldie Hawn may have lots to look forward to in 2010.
