TLC Says Jon Gosselin Violated 'Morals Clause'

Jon Gosselin is receiving a long overdue slap on the wrists from the hand that feeds him.

TMZ and Radar Online report that the father-of-eight-turned-serial-dater has received a strongly worded letter from TLC saying he has violated the "morals clause" of his contract with the family-friendly channel.

Maybe TLC's letter was held up because every time they finished a draft, Jon would do something else to violate the contract.

According to Radar Online's source, "Jon is definitely in the doghouse with TLC. They are sick and tired of his antics...Unless things change dramatically they are going to seriously assess his role in the show."

It could be that Jon doesn't give a flying donut whether or not he's kicked off Jon & Kate Plus 8. TMZ confirms that Jon has been in talks to appear in another reality show called "Divorced Dad's Club," which follows the lives of high-profile divorced dads. In the meantime, Kate looks like she's coming out on top. TMZ also reports that Jon has already spent his share of last season's profits whereas Kate has placed a large chunk of hers in a college fund for the kids. Could this mean Jon & Kate Plus 8 will turn into Kate Plus 8? Looks like it. "The network is ready to focus the show more on Kate's life as a single mom and we'll be seeing less of Jon in coming months," said Radar's source.
