Debbie Rowe Custody Option "Not On The Table"
Jackson custody hearing draws near and Debbie Rowe is ducking out of battle.

The Jacksons are finally holding to the custody hearing date over the future of Michael Jackson's children Prince, 12, Paris, 11 and Blanket 7. The date, now August 3, had been rescheduled twice.
Debbie Rowe reportedly has been the reason for all the court cancellations and rainchecks, and in the weeks since Michael's death, the controversy over her custody and estate requests has exploded. Some sources have argued that Debbie will demand guardianship of the kids and mega-money; others insist she wants nothing except to abide by Michael's wishes per their divorce contract. As the court date draws near, the latter of the two scenarios looks ever more accurate. Debbie Rowe Honoring MJ's Custody Wishes
OMG has said that Michael Jackson's lawyer L. Londell McMillan has explicitly stated that the possibility of Debbie getting custody of the children is "not on the table." He added, "We've kind of gotten together [with Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe's laywer], and we've been thoughtful and prudent and we're working on an agreement that's going to be not just what's best for Debbie Rowe or Mrs. Jackson, but what's best for the two children that Debbie Rowe had." Rowe has stated that she plans to stick to the terms of her divorce settlement with Michael that keep her relationship with Paris and Prince at a minimum. McMillan stated that the agreement between Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe will almost certainly reach conclusion before August 3.
In the meantime rumors have surfaced that Michael's sisters Janet and Rebbie have been pointed to as potential guardians for the children. While it sounds like mom Katherine will get full custody, Janet is likely to help—the kids have said they want her to take over caretaking responsibilities. Janet Says She'll Step In As Kids' Mom
