Katherine Heigl Is "Not Very Good At Being A Wife"

Katherine Heigl is notorious for not being the perfect wife. She once appeared on Oprah saying that her husband Josh Kelley miraculously deals with her violent mood swings, and we did a story when she told Josh that if he's jealous of her on-camera loves, well, that's too bad so sad. Now she's confessing that, in her words, she's "not very good at being a wife."

Ya think?

Lately Katherine, 30, has been madly promoting The Ugly Truth with co-star Gerard Butler. Limelife has reported her as saying that she knows she breaks all the rules of marriage but, "So does he...so whatever." She says she set a lot of boundaries in her relationship: "I definitely went the whole make-a-list process. I'm definitely a little OCD, I'm particular about how I like things, and how I want things." Ahem, well. While her expectations appear rather, uh, stringent, she did speak for a moment on compromise, saying in love, "...you do have to compromise a little bit. You have to let go of a little bit of yourself." But, whoa cowgirl, not too much: "You don't have to necessarily completely change who you are to be with someone you want to be with."

Katherine's stance on love may sound a little unsavory, but the fact is, she put her neck on the line for Josh. She admitted that when they first met, she liked him so much that she threw the "wait for him to call" rule out the window. "I went: 'Screw it, I'm going to call him.' I called and invited him out to a friend's barbeque. He showed up and we had a great time, and it was on from there."

Perhaps there's something to be said for wearing the pants.
