Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo and husband Chris Ivery may be heading for divorce after being married for less than two years.

Nevertheless, Chris, a record producer, was recently seen partying it up without his wife. Eyewitnesses claim Chris was talking and flirting with every girl he could find when he attended Diddy's Last Train to Paris Launch Party at MyHouse.

"He was smoking and chatting with girls everywhere," a source told Fox News.

Furthermore, Chris was keeping company with these beautiful women sans wedding ring.

According to sources, Chris eventually settled on talking to one particularly beautiful brunette for most of the night.
