Farrah Fawcett Passes; Ryan O'Neal's Statement

Farrah Fawcett died this morning at 62 years old after a three-year battle with anal cancer. Fawcett was a bombshell actress in the 1970s and '80s, best known for her role on Charlie's Angels, and her long-term on-and-off relationship with actor Ryan O'Neal with whom she had one son, Redmond.
Hollyscoop.com has published a statement issued by O'Neal:
After a long and brave battle with cancer, our beloved Farrah has passed away. Although this is an extremely difficult time for her family and friends, we take comfort in the beautiful times that we shared with Farrah over the years and the knowledge that her life brought joy to so many people around the world
