As the painful falling out from that episode shows, pregnancy is about the most ill-conceived thing you can leverage on a doomed relationship. Now in the season five, it's Nancy's turn to bet everything on a sonogram. Nancy's pregnancy with Esteban's child neither ensures her or her family's safety.
