Why JoBro's mom thinks her sons are seducable.

In July's Good Housekeeping issue, the Jonas Brothers' mom, Denise, took it upon herself to publicly discuss her sons' sexual desires. (And you thought your mom was embarrassing.)

The teen heartthrobs have famously pledged to not have sex before marriage, and even wear purity rings to signify this promise.

"They are men. They have desires. They have testosterone," said Denise. "If they make a mistake, I'm not going to hate them. I don't think they're above or beyond being seduced."Read: Virginity Pledge Ineffective

Though their mom says the Jonas Brothers have been hurt emotionally by past relationships, they seem to do well with Hollywood’s leading ladies.

Nick Jonas has been linked to Disney stars, Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez, while his brother Joe has dated Taylor Swift and most recently, actress Camilla Belle.Read: Joe Jonas Wants To Move In With Camilla

"They've been criticized for proclaiming things they never proclaimed. And what's the criticism?" Denise said. "They don't want to go out there giving everyone an STD? What's so terrible about that?"

It’s sweet that Denise is standing up for her sons. But really, her comments probably will cause more teasing and torment than good. Everyone knows it’s just not cool to have your mom fight your battles for you. Or to talk about your manhood in public for that matter.
