The singer talks about Rihanna and his latest album. For 30 seconds.
R & B singer Chris Brown is setting the record straight about the alleged beating of ex-girlfriend Rihanna and promises he’s here to stay.
In his first public statement in weeks, the singer said via a YouTube video lasting less than a minute (who needs press conferences anymore?) that, "We ain't going nowhere. Everybody that's haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love you all. I ain't a monster."
"New album going to be coming soon, we’re working on it right now… Called Graffiti," Chris said. "It’s got everything on it, you know what I’m saying, y’all be ready for that."
Brown has pleaded "not guilty," and could face up to five years in prison if convicted.Read: 16 Reasons To Date A Convict
Though Rihanna originally stayed with Brown after the alleged abuse, she eventually broke things off with the star. For her part, Rihanna has said she "would be pleased if this were over quickly."
