Jillian Harris, the star of this season's The Bachelorette, has not one but 30 eligible bachelors at her fingertips. In the past, Bachelorettes have had their pick of only 25 but blame it on a bad economy, there's more available men to go around!
We wish Jillian all the luck in the world as she attempts to turn reality television into romance. Where she fails, we're sure to find our next bachelor for season 15 of ABC's other hit, The Bachelor. Or perhaps there's the next Top Chef contestant in the mix. Stranger things have happened.Read: Bachelor's Melissa Makes Dazzling DWTS Debut
As we prepare to settle in for 2 glorious hours this Monday night, we reflect back on Bachelorette history and the men who didn’t make the final cut. If ABC ever wanted to spawn a Bachelorette Sloppy Seconds series, these castoffs would have our vote.
1. Graham Bunn (Rejected by DeAnna in Season 4)
As a 29-year-old professional basketball player from Raleigh, NC, we immediately fell for Graham’s southern charm and inability to commit. Isn’t tat always the way? DeAnna Pappas ultimately ditched Graham in favor of a few other men who were more than eager to worship the ground she walked on. We, on the other hand, appreciate a guy who plays hard to get and doesn’t give the ball away.
2. Matthew Hickl (Rejected by Meredith in Season 2)
Remember how hot Matthew was? Let us remind you. He was hot. Matthew is welcome back to our prime-time anytime.
3. Andrew Firestone (Rejected by Jen Schefft in real life)
Although he's now happily married to Serbian model Ivana Bozilovic, Andrew Firestone proved that true love is hard to find. After proposing to Jen Schefft at the end of Season of The Bachelor, Firestone was rejected by Schefft just a few months later. He also endured a bit of public humiliation when Schefft's book “Better Single Than Sorry: A No Regrets Guide to Loving Yourself and Never Settling” hit the shelves.
4. Sean Ramey (Rejected by DeAnna in Season 4)
