Chris Brown Moves On From Rihanna

The singer is reportedly now dating his ex-girlfriend from Virginia.

We reported that Rihanna has been out on the town and moving on with her life after deciding to take a break from ex-boyfriend and alleged attacker, singer Chris Brown. It now appears that Brown is doing the same. Rumor has it that the singer has picked up an old relationship with Mary Washington college student Erica Jackson. A source states, "[Chris and Erica] met in Virginia, where he’s from. They dated back in the day and reconnected a few weeks ago when Chris was in town. They’ve been spending a lot of time together, but things only really heated up over the last two weeks."

Sources say friends and family of Brown think that a relationship with Jackson might just be what the singer needs, with one source admitting, "[Erica] has a good head on her shoulders; she’s solid. She’s more of a plain Jane — cute though. At the very least, she’s helping to ease Chris’ pain over Rihanna. He was mad in love with that girl."

Brown pleaded not guilty to charges of felony assault and making criminal threats in court on April 6. Rihanna’s attorney has stated she will comply with the courts in regards to testifying in the case, saying, "[Rihanna] will do everything that the law requires her to do… nothing has changed."

Time will tell if this relationship will be good for any of the parties involved but it looks like everyone is trying to move on. Looks like the former duet of Brown and Rihanna has decided to pursue other collaborations at this time.
