Is Your Fiancé A Groomzilla?

Move over Bridezillas, there's a new crazy wedding monster in town: your fiancé.

Does your groom have delusions of grandeur when he talks about the size of his... reception hall? Then he might be a Groomzilla! Newly engaged or weeks away from your wedding, the symptoms of a Groomzilla can strike your fiancé at any time. Craig Bridger, author of Surviving Groomzilla: A Bride's Guide offers warning signs and tips on how to tame the beast that has taken over the wedding planning.

Read an excerpt from Surviving Groomzilla by Craig Bridger.

As Craig's mother-in-law, I'd say he is recovering quite nicely! Also, this book is very funny, and I recommend it as a great gift for either the bride or groom or both.

don't be such a woman-pandering mangina. Bridezilla's outnumber GroomZilla's 99 to 1 and behave just as bad or worse.

Im scared of getting married. i've seen what happens to a guy when he gets married.

Its like watching a tiger at the zoo. Tamed, and bored out of its mind, knowing it's gonna be in a cage for the rest of its life. very sad :(

it really depends on what person you get married to. dont think about marriage until you are ready too. like late 20's early thirties I say

Wedding planning is such a stressful process. Sad but true, some wedding vendors actually treat the groom with more respect than the bride. When it comes to sorting contracts and troubleshooting, it helps to have both the bride and groom involved. Vendors will take a couple more seriously if they appear to be invested equally.

I don't believe this actually exists. This book is feeding into people's misconceptions about weddings and marriage. The "industry" turns into a sham when books like this promote exaggerated behavior and make a big deal out of personal habits that have no impact on society what so ever.

I want a white and cream wedding with whitish pink roses and next to a beach with white sand, and I want the drinks to be classy champange and red wine, and the food needs to be elegant and french and I'm gonna wear a shiny mermaid dress with a heart bust and my wedding ring will be a traditional cut. :D
