The world's most famous 27-year-old supermodel virgin has confirmed to People magazine that she is now a married woman and, if we are to make certain presumptions about how the marriage has progressed thus far, that she is no longer a virgin.

Adriana Lima — best known for her work as a Victoria's Secret Angel, a Vogue cover girl, and a Maybelline spokesmodel — tied the knot with Minnesota Timberwolves basketball star Marko Jaric on Valentine's Day in a small, private ceremony in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Believing that "sex is for after marriage," according to an interview she gave GQ magazine in 2003, Adriana is a devout Catholic who goes to church every Sunday, frequently reads biblical passages backstage at fashion shows, and once studied to be a nun.
 
Adriana first met Marko, 29, in 2006. Two years later, in June of 2008, she became his fiance when he proposed to her on her twenty-seventh birthday.

Knowing that many people are sad to have missed out on Adriana's last hours on earth as a virgin, the newly married couple have come up with an alternate plan. "We are really looking forward to a big romantic wedding this summer with all of our friends and family," Adriana says. The second, more formal celebration will take place in either his native Serbia or her native Brazil.

It has yet to be announced whether or not Adriana will be wearing white to that particular ceremony.
