country boy lost in the city!

ultimatly  Im looking for advice on where to meet women  but  I have many obstacles to cross before I get to the point of the search.
  Im clueless about clothing style. Clueless about dating in the city compared to the country. 
 I dont have any idea about where to look in St.louis for descent ladies. 
I feel like a fish out of water here in the city but i love it here !
