We never would've expected shmoopy heartthrob Patrick Dempsey (Grey's Anatomy, Made of Honor, Enchanted, etc.) had a kinky side, but it turns out the man they call McDreamy's a little steamier than we thought! Dempsey told a UK paper that spanking spices up his sex life:
