Beyonce Finally Speaks About Marriage to Jay-Z

After keeping mum about her relationship and now marriage to rap mogul Jay-z, Beyonce finally breaks her silence in this month’s upcoming Essence magazine.  As E News Now reports, she reveals details about their long-term relationship, stating that ““…What Jay and I have is real. It’s not about interviews or getting the right photo op. It’s real.”   She evidently comes clean about engagement rings (she thinks they’re silly), the wedding (she kept it small and intimate) and how she knew marriage was in the cards all along. 

I personally love the fact that she kept the event intimate and respect the fact that this couple wants to protect their relationship from prying eyes. It’s a great lesson to us all: sometimes you just need to keep some things for yourself.
