Don't get us wrong, we like Donnie Wahlberg's work but this being news is because today is a slooooow news day. Things had better pick up after Labor Day, we almost posted a picture of Adrian Grenier seducing some girls on a beach with the time-testing technique acoustic guitar d-baggery. Yeah, slow.
At any rate, the Donnie Wahlberg divorce is due to "irreconcilable differences" per the Houston Chronicle. Evidently, wife Kim Fey Wahlberg had enough of hearing about how sweet this New Kids On The Block (NKOTB) reunion is going to be (we guess). The Band Of Brothers star was married to Kim Fey Wahlberg back in 1999 and the couple has 2 boys who are 15 and 7. That can’t be right, how could they have a 15-year old son if they were only married 9 years ago?

The NKOTB reunion tour couldn't have come at a better time for Wahlberg. A lot of divorcing dudes need 1 thing and 1 thing only, dozens of adoring fans in their mid to late 30s who think that making it with their old favorite pop star will make them feel 17 again. Perfect timing. Almost too good, really.
Fun fact: Did you know that Donnie Wahlberg wrote the Marky Mark classic "Good Vibrations?" What if we learned that Donnie turned down the lead role in Boogie Nights? Mark Wahlberg might have to start making some nicer things happen to Johnny Drama to repay these old karmic favors.
