Dating Red Flags: Do You Ignore Them?

Did you ever ignore a red flag and regret it later on?

Did you ever ignore a red flag and regret it later on? Also, what would you do if you found out the woman you were dating had different political views as you?

Can you relate?

It is very hard to deal with opposing political views in a relationship. My boyfriend is a rich conservative, while I'm a jobless liberal. We had much to fight about this election year.

Yeah, i've done some ignoring of red flags (like their past dating history and how long their previous relationships were..) but I figured they would change and THIS one would be different and would last.

I was mistaken big time, in fact it was even less of a time then her usual relationships.. BIG RED FLAG. Oh well, I learn from my mistakes and move on to much better fish.

I think a girl might find it a red flag to find that you think of her as a "fish" to be "caught."

Ignore being married?! Isn't it strange how you'd be pissed if your boyfriend/husband cheated on you, but being the cheatee comes with a whole different set of rationalizations and rules?! Which is worse- being the cheater or cheatee?
