Everyone always goes wild when I make my Posh Popcorn, which is basically microwave popcorn that's been dressed up. Here's the recipe: http://www.all-that-sparkles.blogspot.com/

Olives and a good strong cheese with some sort of chutney make for a simple yet delicious combination. I always am sure to put out cocktail napkins or plates. Even if they're not used, it adds to the vibe of a party.

When you have dips without the chips: Cut a pita pocket into wedges and toast until crisp. YUM.

usually if I don't have chips I don't have pitas. but I do like doing this with tortillas.

I thought this was about "quick and easy" appetizers. Toasting pita can get complicated. I say buy cherry tomatoes and throw em in a bowl.

HA fine line between quick and lazy...! If there is no cooking allowed then that's another story!

buy baby carrots and humus and transfer the humus into one of your own bowls so it doesn't look store bought.
