I have to say that this news story surprised me. I don't know how anything could surprise me after the pregnant man, but I still had to read the whole story. In case you don't have time, here are the highlights:
* There is an actual name for this condition, which means it has happened before.
* The surgery to remove his extra manhood took over three hours.

I couldn't help but feel a little awkward and disturbed while reading this. The penis on the back thing makes babies a little less cute. Ew.
