Two heads are better than one except when it comes to keeping two noggins dry under one itty-bitty umbrella.
Last year, two British designers launched the dual-shaft concept -- though the blogosphere decided their tandem umbrella wasn't the most romantic of designs ("what, no forced huddling?").
