Whitney Houston sued by her ex Bobby Brown, who is trying to regain custody of their 14-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina.
Bobby said he's suing because he is devastated that he lost the right to see his daughter. Bobby's lawsuit claims he is seeking custody, child support, and spousal support.

This makes Bobby Brown’s refusal to admit to being engaged a few weeks ago makes more sense. He can’t receive spousal support if he’s already got a new gig. Though male-imony is fairly rare, it is bound to start becoming a more prevalent outcome of divorce as gender income disparity decreases and more women pursue careers. This eventuality makes pre-nups more likely in the future. We’ll probably see the U.S. follow the U.K.’s lead and start to develop more laws dealing with the property rights of unmarried couples. Does it make any sense that Bobby Brown gets to sue Whitney? Didn’t her relationship with him submarine her career? The job of musician-gigolo couldn’t have a better poster child, except maybe K-Fed, but he’s looked surprisingly good in the wake of the whole Britney fallout.
